Mr. Abdur Razzaq Gauhar is a highly respected industrialist with over four decades of experience in Pakistan’s engineering and manufacturing industry. As the Chairman of Innovative Tech Engineering, he leads the company with a vision of innovation, quality, and sustainable growth.

He has held several prestigious leadership positions, including Chairman of PAAPAM, Chairperson of the Pakistan Council of Engineering Goods (Ministry of Commerce), Member of the Export Advisory Council, and currently Chairman of KTDMC – Karachi Tools, Dies & Molds Centre. His dedication to engineering excellence and industrial development continues to drive Innovative Tech Engineering towards delivering world-class products and solutions.

Mr. Bilal Gauhar is a forward-thinking industrial leader with extensive expertise in mechanical manufacturing, automation, R&D, and business development. His technical leadership has played a key role in strengthening Innovative Tech Engineering’s innovation, operational capability, and growth within the automotive manufacturing sector.

A defining achievement of his career is establishing Pakistan’s first-ever Formula Student team, earning national recognition and diplomatic appreciation. Beyond business leadership, Bilal is a respected mentor and industry contributor, driven by technical excellence, disciplined execution, and sustainable growth.

Mr. Noman Ilyas is a senior business leader with extensive experience across trading, administration, education, and commercial operations. He currently leads Infinity Trading, driving market development, supplier relationships, and sustainable growth.

With expertise in project management, finance, leadership, and ISO-based systems, he brings a disciplined approach to business operations. He has also led professional training initiatives and served as a Member of the National Curriculum Development Committee, contributing to stronger alignment between industry and workforce development.
